Team Workout. Hell Yeah!!!

WOD 1
10 min to find the team collective 1rm on the front squat. One lifter at a time

WOD 2

Max row in 24 min. 3 rounds of 2min each.

WOD 3
20 burpees
30 situps
40 squats
20 length of the sports hall sprint.
All go at the same time but can not move onto the next exercise until all finished the current one.
