Exactly 1 min rest between each exercise

    3min thrusters (lighter bar) - 61
    3min pressups from knees - 33
    3min double-unders - 24
    2min jumping squat (lighter bar) - 40
    2min OH squat (lighter bar) - 31
    2min KB swing (12kg) - 42

    From this experience I have learnt that I suck at depth squats, thrusters, press-ups and double-unders. Lots to work on.
