    Pull-up band fabrication - FAIL

    Tried eccentrics:
    5 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 2..... then had to leave cos I was going to be late for yoga :)

    5 deadlift (50)
    10 burpees x 5 --> took 4.28

    Prob should have used proper plates and done 60.
